Fondant cakes, heavy themed designs, or overly rich buttercream cakes are not our primary style. Instead, we specialise in simple, elegant, and naturally delicious cakes made with care and quality ingredients.

As a general guide:

500g cake – serves approximately 6 people

1kg cake – serves approximately 12 people

Serving sizes may vary depending on how the cake is cut and served. In some cases, you may be able to get a few extra servings from the cake.

All our cakes are made with eggs by default.

However, we can prepare cakes that are eggless, dairy-free, or gluten-free upon request. We are happy to customize your cake according to your dietary preferences and requirements.

If you would like a customized cake, please mention your preference when placing your order.

Yes, we offer selected custom cakes for birthdays and special occasions. Please share your ideas or inspiration photos with us, and we will confirm whether the design can be accommodated based on complexity and availability.

We recommend placing orders at least 2–3 days in advance. For custom celebration cakes, additional notice may be required depending on the design and availability.

Orders are primarily available for pickup. However, delivery may be possible in certain cases depending on the location, cake type, and availability. This cannot be guaranteed and should ideally be discussed in advance while placing the order.

Additional delivery charges will be applied.

Orders are generally prepared for pickup based on the agreed collection time shared during confirmation. We kindly request customers to plan their pickup accordingly, as cakes are freshly made and storage space for completed orders may be limited.

If there are any changes or delays, we appreciate being informed as early as possible.

Payment details will be shared once the order is confirmed. We currently accept bank transfer and other convenient local payment methods for confirmed orders.

Yes, an advance payment is required to confirm all cake orders. This helps us secure your booking, prepare ingredients in advance, and reserve the required preparation time for your order.

As all cakes are freshly made to order, cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled pickup date will not be eligible for a refund of the advance payment.
