Hi, I'm Jithu — and Yummy Bites started with a craving.

After moving to Luxembourg, I found myself missing a simple Pineapple cake — the kind I used to love back home. I searched, but couldn't find anything that felt quite right. So I made one myself.

That cake changed everything.

What started as one cake for myself quietly grew into a deep passion. I dedicated myself fully to the craft — training professionally and qualifying as a certified Boulanger-Pâtissier. With over a decade of baking experience behind me, every technique I use is grounded in that training, combined with recipes I have developed and perfected myself over the years.

At Yummy Bites, I create cakes that bring together the best of both worlds — classic European favourites alongside unique Indian-inspired creations like Rasmalai, Kulfi, Gulab Jamun that you simply won't find anywhere else in Luxembourg. These are not adaptations of someone else's recipes. Every flavour is my own creation, made from scratch with fresh ingredients and genuine care.

Nearly a decade later, Yummy Bites is a fully licensed cake studio based in Belvaux, Luxembourg — handcrafting custom celebration cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers and special occasions across Luxembourg.
